The DC1538 G DCS heavy-duty, self-propelled drum scarifier is designed to tackle the most demanding removal and surface preparation jobs. It's capable of removing a path up to 16 inches wide and features Graco's electronic DCS Depth Control System to quickly adjust cut depth without stopping.
All GrindLazer DC15 DCS models come with either a low or high-speed pulley kit installed. Choose a model with the high-speed pulley kit if operating with diamond or PCD cutters. Choose a model with the low-speed pulley kit if using with carbide cutters.
Applications: Leveling Uneven Surfaces, Inlay and Grooving, Epoxy Removal, Removing Traffic Markings

By using self-sharpening polycrystalline diamond technology, these cutters last up to 30x longer than traditional carbide flails and cut up to 4x faster than diamond blades.
Diamond Blades
Graco diamond drums are great for shaving, grooving, and performing inlay for traffic tape and thermoplastic. Available with blades for asphalt or concrete applications, and can be setup to provide a wide variety of different groove patterns.
Carbide Flail Cutters
Graco’s carbide flail drums use high-quality tungsten carbide to ensure a long service life. They are great for removing paint and epoxy coatings, surface leveling, and removing trip hazards.
