Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that certain precision instruments and custom-ordered machinery may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
All equipment sold through GO Industrial comes with a full manufacturer warranty. We also assist our customers in the warranty registration process for major power tool brands.
Can I track my freight shipment online?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery window.
