The guesswork involved with “dialing-in” injectors during initial installs and replacement service has been eliminated – dramatically cutting the service time involved and preventing additional downtime to address over/under greasing. Colour-coded output spacers dictate the right grease injector needed to always match the dispense output to the manufacturer's specs while eliminating the potential for inaccurate “adjustments” in the field.
Colour-coded GCI Output Spacers are installed onto the GCI Manifold to meter the desired grease output. A GCI Injector is then installed into the GCI output spacer.
