Graco DC15 Series QuickCut PCD Diamond Cutter Assembly

Graco’s QuikCut PCD Diamond Cutters are revolutionizing surface preparation and coating removal applications by using self-sharpening polycrystalline diamond technology to gently shave the surface.

These cutters feature a highly-densified PCD material optimized for high-impact applications; enabling them to last over 30X longer than traditional carbide flails. An efficient drum design enables them to cut up to 2X faster than competitive PCD drums while delivering an extremely consistent profile across the cut path.

This drum style cutter is to be used on Graco Grindlazer HP DC1538 G DCS, HP DC1525 P DCS, and HP DC1520 E DCS Scarifiers.
