The GO Assessment & Quote Service is designed for customers who prefer a pay-as-you-go approach to servicing, rather than committing to one of our comprehensive GO Package Services upfront.

This service includes a thorough inspection and diagnosis of your equipment by our expert technicians. Once assessed, we will provide a detailed quote outlining the required repairs and parts.

This is a standalone assessment product - it does not include any repair work. If you prefer a faster, more cost-effective solution, we recommend booking a GO Package Service instead.

What’s Included:

  • Equipment intake and check-in

  • Visual inspection and functional testing

  • Strip-down and diagnostic assessment

  • A written quote for necessary repairs

What Happens Next:

  • After your unit is received, we will email you a quote within approximately 7 business days

  • You will have 3 business days to approve the quote and confirm your repair slot

  • If you do not respond within 3 days, the quote and repair timing may need to be re-issued based on workshop availability and part lead times

  • If we do not receive a response within 7 days of sending the quote, your unit will be removed from the service queue

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Inspection Fee: The $330 fee covers labour for inspection and quotation only. It is non-refundable and does not contribute to repair costs.

  2. Lead Time: Allow up to 7 business days from booking for assessment and quotation. This timeframe is approximate and may vary depending on workload.

  3. Quote Approval: Customers have 3 business days from the time of quote issue to accept and pay for the quoted repair. After this period, availability and pricing may change.

  4. Abandoned Equipment: If no response is received within 7 days of the quote being sent, your unit will be removed from the queue and set aside for collection.

  5. Uncollected Equipment: Once notified that your unit has been removed from the queue, you will have 7 days to collect it. Units not collected within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and disposed of without further notice.

  6. No Express Handling: This service is not prioritised over package bookings. Lead times for repairs are variable depending on part availability and workshop load.

  7. No Repairs Without Approval: Repairs will only commence once full payment for the quoted work has been received.
