GO Filter Head Electrical Differential Pressure Indicator

Overview

The FILTER GO Electrical Output Module (GO-VIE77536550) provides remote electrical signaling of filter element condition for compatible filter housings. Designed specifically to mount onto the FILTER GO Mechanical Differential Pressure Indicator base (GO-VI77669971 / PiS 3098), this module converts the mechanical indicator's actuation into an electrical signal. When the filter element reaches its preset differential pressure limit (determined by the mechanical base), this module activates its internal switch, allowing for integration with control systems, alarms, or remote monitoring panels. It's designed for use with FILTER GO heads like the GO2214-047 (Pi 220 series).

How it Works

Attached to the compatible mechanical indicator (GO-VI77669971), this module is triggered when high differential pressure actuates the indicator base. This movement activates the module's internal switch, providing an electrical signal via the DIN connector to alert monitoring systems (PLCs, alarms, lights) that filter service is needed.
